2.    Select Add Account

5.    Enter Roadrunner password.

6.    Uncheck automatically configure account.

7.    Then Click On Next.

8.    Touch General Settings; confirm information in general setting and make any necessary changes, and then select OK to exit this menu.

9.    Touch Incoming Server

10.    Touch POP mail server

11.    Enter POP3 server

12.    Enter your username

13.    Enter your password

14.    If handset is on Android 2.3 Gingerbread release, tap on "Advanced settings" to get to the next fields

15.    Uncheck Use Secure server (No SSL)

16.    Uncheck Verify certificate

17.    Touch OK

18.    Select Outgoing server

19.    Enter SMTP server - mobile-smtp.roadrunner.com  (outgoing server for Roadrunner was recently changed)

20.    Verify username and password is correct; Both fields should already be filled out.

21.    If handset is on Android 2.3 Gingerbread release, tap on Advanced to get to the next fields

22.    Uncheck Use Secure server (No SSL)

23.    Uncheck Verify certificate

24.    Enter Port - 587

25.    Touch OK

26.    Touch Other Settings,

27.    Select length of time messages will be kept on handset. (1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, Never Delete Messages)

28.    Tap on OK

29.    Check to select "Remove manually deleted emails from the server" if you want to be able to delete emails from the account permanently via the handset. This is normally not a feature for POP3 email. If this is unchecked, when you delete an email on the handset, it will not remove from your PC or other devices.

30.    Tap on OK again to submit your email set-up.
